Being part of the Blue Mountains National Park, the Nepean River and Warragamba River Gorges can be spectacular, not only is the scenery amazing but it is Sydney's premier freshwater fishing destination. Recent improvements to the fish passage including a new fishway at Penrith weir, as well as restoration of environmental flows will see the Nepean River return to its former glory.

The species are vastly different, our main focus is the hard fighting Australian native BASS, but we can also target freshwater and bully mullet, European carp, and herring. The Bass can get up to 500mm in length; mullet up to 5 kilo's and carp up to 15kilos! (check out the gallery) Although we offer a range of tours, the most popular is the half day sunset tour as you will also get to experience the best of surface lure fishing.

A point to remember is that we only take 2 people on any tour; (can do 3). Beginners are most welcome and it's a great way to introduce the kids to fishing; calm water means no worries about sea sickness. Steve will supply all your equipment* and refreshments, all you need to bring is a hat: Even the fishing licence and tutorial is covered. For fly fisho's; yes we do tours for you too, but you need to bring your own wand, reel etc.
